Refund Process and Timeline:

To initiate a refund request, the user must send an email to our customer support team at sales@winaxisvidfox.com In the email, the user should provide their order number, the reason for the refund request, and any other relevant information. Once we receive the email, we will review the request and respond to the user within 5 business days.

If the refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 14 business days. The refund will be credited back to the user’s original payment method, such as credit card or PayPal. The timeline for the refund to be credited back to the user’s account may vary depending on the payment method and the user’s financial institution.

Please note that if the user has already received the service and used it, they will not be eligible for a refund. Additionally, if the user has violated our terms of service or engaged in any fraudulent activity, they will not be eligible for a refund.
